Meeting called to order by Chairman Commissioner Nick Siddle (Sheridan County), and welcome of all guests.

Approval of Minutes (Washakie County Commission Morgan Martinez moved, Johnson County Commissioner Bob Perry 2nd)

Taxing Electric Vehicles (Hot Springs County Commissioner Tom Ryan)-need to have a taxing mechanism (see WYDOT part)

Diesel Taxes (Commissioner Ryan)-we would most likely be in favor if all funding went to roads

Veteran's Council (Campbell County Commissioner Del Shelstad)-Outlined Campbell County Veteran's Council. We will be watching for veteran's support bills.

County Road Report (Dr. Khaled Ksaibati) 2300 miles paved roads, overall condition poor. We would still support gravel roads study

WYDOT Update (Director Darin Westby)

• Over 300 vacancies need filled, top priority

• Need funding

• Electric Vehicle Proposal $200 fee, plus 4 cents per KWH

• Newest STIP Just being released

• Studying lights on snowplows, hope counties can follow suit.
