Since 1976, Wyoming's counties have collaborated to support one another and overcome shared challenges. While the issues have evolved, the WCCA's mission remains unchanged: to strengthen Wyoming's counties and the commissioners who serve them.

The WCCA is led by a board comprised of one commissioner from each of Wyoming's 23 counties and supported by a dedicated four-person staff. Though small, the association maintains an outsized presence through its commitment to collaboration and strong local leadership.

The Wyoming County Commissioners Association has completed and released the Fiscal Year 2027 Revenue Estimating Manual, now available on our website.

This manual provides an overview of the primary state and federal revenue streams available to Wyoming counties, along with updated estimates and projections for FY 2027. It is intended to serve as a practical resource for county commissioners, clerks, treasurers, and others involved in the local budget process, offering both context and data to support informed decision-making.
