Triston serves as the Wyoming County Commissioners Association’s Natural Resource Policy Analyst assisting and coordinating with the WCCA’s Natural Resource Counsel and Governor’s Office to understand and address the impact that federal natural resource and public land management decisions have on local economies, Wyoming’s quality of life, and the services that counties and the state provide. This includes advocating for greater local involvement in federal decision-making, drafting comments on various policy issues, and assisting with training-related endeavors.
