Wyoming County Commissioners Association 2026 Legislative Session – Official Position Statements


The Wyoming County Commissioners Association (WCCA) has released its official legislative positions for the 2026 Budget Session, as adopted by vote of the Association’s membership on February 12, 2026.


The attached House and Senate position sheets reflect the collective votes of Wyoming’s county commissioners on legislation in its current form at the time of consideration. These positions guide WCCA’s legislative advocacy efforts and represent the official stance of the Association as determined through its established governance process.
